What’s Better You Bootcamp?
We call it a bootcamp because it’s combination of exercises in the great outdoors designed to fire up your muscles and make you feel great. But it’s more of a fitcamp or park fitness session. It doesn’t mean i’ll be shouting at you, I promise; you won’t be miserable, face down in the mud!
The class is varied from week to week (so you don't get bored) and we use body weight resistance exercises, plyometrics, cardio, team exercises, equipment and more.
