This is a moderate to high intensity workout. I keep it varied every week so you'll keep burning calories and getting rid of unwanted fat. Great group, great atmosphere. You don't have to be fit to start but you will be by the time we've finished!
Boxercise combines boxing and exercise in great fun, stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit. It's an effective form of cross-training delivering a diverse workout, improving hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.
I run 2 jogging session per week, 1 Runcamp per week and various programmes from Couch to 5K right up to Half Marathon Prep throughout the year! Whether you're a beginner, improver or have never run before I have a session/programme for you!
