Workout in the great outdoors; near where you live or at a park, or in the privacy of your own home. I will provide the necessary equipment so all you have to do is be there.

I will be with you every step of the way, encouraging, coaching and giving feedback on your progress. If something isn’t working we’ll change it. If you really hate cardio we’ll do more resistance!
