Group, Hybrid, 1-2-1 Programmes and Block Bookings:
All payments are non-refundable. All sessions must be used within twelve months of purchase. If sessions are not used within this time due to inactivity, sessions will not be refunded and deemed void.
All sessions are for the client as agreed on the PT Agreement, sessions are non-transferable.
Notification of cancelled appointments must be made in excess of 24 hours in advance of the session start time. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full price of the session and/or the loss of that session from your programme and/or sessions booked.
Emergency cancellations will be treated at the discretion of the trainer.
Sessions will start at the pre-agreed session time. Sessions will not be extended due to the tardiness of the Client or due to interruptions made by the Client. Any Client who has not arrived within 15 minutes after the scheduled time shall be deemed cancelled and will be charged for that session.
In the case of the Personal Trainer falling ill or being unable to instruct the session, the session will be cancelled and re-arranged.
All payments must be received before or on the first session booked. A minimum late fee of £35 will be charged for late payments and may result in the cancellation of the entire programme.
For programme bookings and block bookings the entire fee is due up front. This includes all 1-2-1, Group and Hybrid programmes.
To gain free sessions by referring a friend, the friend must specify your name when they book their sessions. The friend must sign up to six sessions or more. One free session will be given with six sessions booked by the friend, two free sessions for a booking of twelve sessions or more. The free session(s) will be given once the sessions have been fully paid for.

Membership is for a minimum of 3 months. If you cancel within the first three months you will be charged the full amount.
Once the three months has passed you will be able to cancel at any time.
Payments will keep being taken from you until you cancel.
14-days written notice is required to cancel your membership.
Bootcamp, JungleFit and other Classes:
All payments are non-refundable. All loyalty card sessions must be used within ten weeks of purchase. If sessions are not used within this time due to inactivity, sessions will not be refunded and deemed void.
In the case of the Personal Trainer falling ill or being unable to instruct the session, the session will be cancelled and re-arranged. Please specify your preferred method of contact, email, social media or mobile.
